Thanks to facial recognition, the Spark automatically takes off from the palm of your hand when it detects your visage. It also recognizes hand gestures: make a frame with your fingers or waves your arms to snap a photo, and hold up your palm to control the drone’s movement.

As it flies, the Spark nimbly navigates around trees and obstacles thanks to its 3D sensing and vision positioning systems, which automatically alter its flight path if collision is imminent. The Return to Home mode sends it soaring back to the pilot with the press of a button, or if the signal weakens or the battery runs low.

Snap an epic group selfie from above or record jaw-dropping video of landscapes with the Spark’s gimbal-mounted camera.
