Received the wrong product in the wrong color. Wanted to send it back and have the correct product shipped but Groupon has a no exchange policy....even on their errors. I had to return the incorrect product and now wait 2-3 weeks for them to process and credit my account. To get what I actually ordered I had to re-purchase the one I wanted. Complete hassle and waste of time. Groupon atleast credited my account to honor the original price and cover my initial shipping...the minimum I would expect. Groupon really needs to re-evaluate their exchange policy to make exceptions for when they send the wrong product. I get it that you don’t want people exchanging things because they didn’t like the color when they received it or some other personal issue, but for their errors the exchange process should be streamlined.
