I purchased four of these units. One of the units arrived missing the hose attachment for the hand held wand. Another unit has a leaky hose. I temoved the water regulators from the pipe connections but still feel like the water flow is kind of weak on these units. They do look nice though and are pretty easy to install. Overall it's a 3 star quality unit at a nice price.
Groupon customer service however can't seem to respond to my request to get the missing hose part. So Groupon I give a one star rating at the moment. Lack of communication in resolving these issues.
