Q:

how to make it warm? and how long does it keep its temperature?

Svetlana A.  asked on  Jul 15, 2013

A:

Here are the heating instructions:

Place insert in a clean microwave and heat in 5 second intervals until optimal heat is achieved. Never leave unattended in microwave. Do not overheat. Always test temperature before using. The migraine wrap should feel warm to the touch, not hot. Maximum heating time not to exceed 15 seconds.

It usually stays heated for 30-40 minutes depending on the surrounding temperature.

We'd recommend six hours to get cold. Overnight is better. As far as staying cold, it usually stays cold for at least 30-40 minutes.
