We purchased 7 of these Android Tablets for Christmas for our grandchildren. One died in January 2016 and the company, Global Phoenix, would not honor the warranty. I sent it to them, exactly like they instructed, and when they got it they sent me an email saying the tablet was damaged in shipping and I would have to contact the shipper, which was UPS, to get them to pay for the damage. I told them I did not believe them and I had pictures of how I sent it and could not believe it would have gotten damaged at all, due to their special instructions to ship it back. Then they changed their story. Saying it was broken and that type of breakage is not covered by the warranty!!! Very unfriendly customer service, different stories and misinformation. Now a second one has broken and there is no way I would purchase one of these- Ever!! Not worth the money and warranty is not helpful at all. Do not purchase from this company!!!!
