Q:

This does not appear to be any scale that Dymo has on their site. Is this an old model scale?

Q:

Does this work with Windows 8?

Misheel C.  asked on  Jan 22, 2013

A:

It has not been officially listed as having Windows 8 support, but that's due to being released prior. It likely would not be a problem, but it's not guaranteed. It's officially listed as compatible with Microsoft Windows XP/Vista (32- or 64-bit) and Mac OS 10.4 or higher.

Q:

1. Is there a monthly fee to use the service? 2. your write-up says 1oz for foreign mail - is that the maximum? Does it handle foreign "First Class Mail."?

 asked on  Jan 22, 2013

A:

There is no monthly fee. You just pay for the cost or postage. You must establish an account with Dymo Endicia. Endicia requires you to prepay for postage and use much like a debit account. There is no charge to set up a basic account with Endicia. You simply load whatever value you want or need. As you print postage, the amount is deducted from your account. 1 oz is the limit for foreign mail.
