They have a 1 year warranty for any manufacturing issues with out batteries, chargers and accessories (cartridges and disposable units are NOT covered by any warranty). They offer 2 cost free/hassle free replacements per unit and they will ship out the new product and a prepaid return label for you to send in the faulty product. You have 30 days to return the products. After those two there is a $6.95 handling fee and the customer is required to send in the products before they can issue any replacements.

The Groupon kit cannot be ordered with the 0mg nicotine, it is only valid for the 11mg cartomizer. However, you can purchase refills on the business' site for 0mg.

The voucher code is listed on the actual Groupon.
You can find and print your Groupons by logging into your account at www.groupon.com. Once you are signed in, place your cursor over your name at the top right of the screen and click "My Groupons" in the drop-down menu that appears.
After you’ve reached that page, click “View Voucher” to download the PDF file of the Groupon to your computer. Once that file opens, you can print it like you would any document.
