When I received it, the pump was not working. Tried several times to get it to work so initiated a return. I finally got it working after running it under warm water and using a pin to get it started. When I finally got to try it, I pretty much liked it. My under eye did appear to be firmer. Upon using it again it felt a little bit drying but will have to see what it does in the long run. I will use it until finished. Tried to cancel the return but had no luck.
