Q:

Could you tell me the average weight loss for 14 days and can I use it if I prefer to not purchase a juicer.

Bob P.  asked on  Jan 11, 2013

A:

Hi Bob,
Average weight loss is very difficult to estimate, it depends upon how much you have to lose. If you are at your perfect weight you will still lose some weight, because you will be losing the toxic crud lining your intestine's (sadly we all have it). If you are obese and stick to the plan you should lose over 20 lbs.
It is strongly recommended that you do the juicing.
After the detox, you do not want to go back to your old habits, juicing should become a part of your NEWLIFE. Please check into the life maintenance program after you finish. You will see amazing results, stay on the path.

Q:

Can I take it if I am nursing? I only nurse at night (maybe once some nights my baby sleeps without me having to nurse her)

Anagha  asked on  Jan 14, 2013

A:

It is not recommended to detoxing during nursing, but you could check it with your doctor. Also it is perfect for just after you finish nursing and the product has a long shelf life.

Q:

How important is to drink Alkaline water and get Colon Hydrotherapy. I already started on program and can't go for colon cleanse.

Ritika B.  asked on  Jan 11, 2013

A:

While it is important, it's not necessarily required. If you can't drink Alkaline water, just be sure to drink purified water, as you don't want to be putting more toxins(i.e. Fluoride, etc.) into your body. The colon Hydrotherapy also isn't necessarily required but it really helps to rid your body of toxins. If you don't do the colonics, a lot of the toxins will be reabsorbed through the walls of your colon into your blood stream and will stay in your body. We highly recommend that you do the colonics.

Q:

Does the detox just consist of juice? And do you need a jucier to do it?

Christie P.  asked on  Jan 11, 2013

A:

Hi Christie,
The detox program consists of our detox formula, our probiotic, and you buy fresh organic fruits, vegetables, and raw organic unsalted nuts. You will need a juicer, if you don't have one, we have a link on our site to a great one at a great price.

Q:

What does the mix taste like and smell like? Also, is the probiotic a pill or capsule?

Velma L.  asked on  Jan 11, 2013

A:

Hi Velma,
The formula doesn't taste great, and there is not much smell to it. The taste is hidden in the juices, and some have no problem drinking it in water. You will get used to it. You need to add the formula just before you drink it in the juice or you won't like the consistency. Please look at the Essential edibles website for a full list of ingredients. This is because of the bentonite. The probiotics are capsules.
