Received this item on the promised delivery date but not happy because the infuser was broken. I was washing it when I noticed that it's damaged and found the small pieces in the box.

The lid and infuser inserts are plastic and doesn't seal, otherwise the pitcher is as described.

I love the glass jar (the reason i bought this product) but I didn't know the lid and the infuser are plastic (super cheap!!!). The plastic lid came damaged and it leaks when I pour.
