I purchased this shower head to go into a shower in a bathroom that was going to be remodeled. Long story short we got the bathroom done and installed the shower head and all seemed good and it seamed to work well. That is until I moved it to rinse the wall and that was it. The nut that holds it together at the ball that allows it to swivel broke. Upon looking at it this nut is plastic 😡

It’s Saturday morning and I open the box to install shower head. The face display has a crack you can feel across the face display. Can I exchange it?

It’s beautiful rainfall shower , you can see the different color according to the temperature and you can see the Fahrenheit temperature in the screen.
