What amount of fiber do you have to sprinkle on your food at one time?

Here are the directions for use:
1. Sprinkle approximately ¼ teaspoon (6-8 shakes) on any dry or semi-dry foods. (When using with wet foods like soups, cereals and yogurt use with each individual bite.)
2. Fit Crystals can and should be used up to 4 times per day with meals
