Ordered this back in March. It’s my 3rd charge HR! It broke in July!!! The charger pulled the charging mechanism right out of the watch deeming it totally unusable!!!! Tried to return it back to Fitbit.no good ! Than tried to search and search for a Groupon consumer phone number to try and return it... to no avail. Can’t find a number ANYWHERE! Totally disappointed
CAUTION!!! Groupon is not an authorized retailer of Fitbit products and will not honor their warranty! I received a Fitbit Charge HR that will not hold a charge (dies in less than 12 hours). They promise that these are not refurbished devices, but it doesn't do you any good once the 30 days has passed and you can no longer return your defective product. Save yourself the headache and buy directly from the retailer.
This Fitbit has a non-removable band and plastic pieces that make up the tracker. Unfortunately, hard plastic does not make for a durable product. This is my second Fitbit Charge HR. The first one lasted 1 year before completely breaking a part. This one only lasted 9 months and because it was a Groupon product, the warranty was not included. I duct taped it together, but then the back piece that holds in the charger stopped connecting, so now I can't even charge the device. Honestly, the most poorly designed product. Now that I have had the same experience twice, I'll be moving on to an Apple Watch instead. Worth the money to have it last longer than 9 months.
