The product is absolutely not a stairs. The mechanism of the stairs need to be taken a look at as it doesn't stay in the upright position for any small dog to climb on. There isn't a support from behind and that is the main reason for the disfunction.
OK for the price. You have to assemble and the instructions are scant. Took about 30-60 minutes to put together. I had to put felt on the bottom to protect my wooden floor. I bought it for the reduced price. Would not have paid the full asking price. I like my other brand better. The dogs do use it and is sturdy for their weight.
make me wonder $210 retail price....$25.99 is the very overpriced for this absolutely unusable thing. I spent so much time to put it together but didn't take long to through it in the garbage. I would rather spend this money for foot massage ...
The ad said the steps would be right for a 25lb dog, but I found that the little wooden pegs that supported each step did not support my dog. Also, folding it involved removing these pegs which was sometimes difficult if they had been properly pushed in. I returned the steps with absolutely no questions asked and full refund promptly credited.
