Hi, how do I know if I can use this voucher to send flowers to family in another city and state? Does the local florist in their area have to honor FTD, or is it just a national online order?

A:

Yes - you can use this Groupon to send flowers to another city! You need to place the order on www.FTD.com/home, but you can select a zip code to see if the bouquet you want to send is available in a certain area. If you look at the same day selection, you can see all our florist filled items. However, you must place your order online - you cannot use this Groupon at a local florist. Hope that answers your question!

my groupon that i purchased for $20.00 but worth $40. has a order number, is this same as the GC #? If not where do i get the GC #?

Sorry for the confusion! Your Voucher - found in "My Groupons" should have a GC number (towards the middle top, under FTD and description) the and if you go to www.FTD.com/home, you will need to enter that at the check out process. Hope this helps.

Sorry for the frustration! Your Voucher - found in "My Groupons" should have a GC number and if you go to www.FTD.com/home, you will need to enter that at the check out process. Q:

Currently, FTD.com will not allow me to redeem this Groupon because every single product is apparently a promotion that cannot be combined with the Groupon, despite the fine print that says "valid toward taxes & fees; special offers & discounts shown on www.FTD.com at time of redemption." I have tried with multiple products and get the same message every time. How do I resolve this issue?

Q:

Ugh, way too much hassle trying to use the Groupon! There is not a place to input the Groupon code and a Valentine delivery date is not possible to select (it was advertised as a Valentine delivery) . Returning for refund. Groupon is supposed to be easy to use as opposed to troubleshooting issues and jumping through hoops to redeem Groupon. I looked into the solutions suggested and they are not acceptable for a simple and enjoyable user experience (clear cookies, make a different selection to purchase)

We highlighted one of our luxury products, as well as other Valentine's Selections, and this Groupon can be used on that SKU, if you want.
