Q:

Can I get the 3/4" frame option, instead of the 1, 1/2" frame, and add pixel painting? Can I also choose the white wrap option as opposed to the gallery wrap?

Matthew M.  asked on  Feb 27, 2012

A:

Hi Matthew
Yes, you can use your Groupon's value towards any size canvas and you can add pixel painting when you redeem your Groupon on Canvas on Demand's site. You can also choose the white wrap if that's your preference - just select that option as you redeem your Groupon.

Q:

The photo I want to use is a (non-digital) copy of an old black and white photo of my parents. If I scan that photo, will the resolution be good enough? Should I try to get the original photo from my mom and scan that? Please advise. Thanks.

Beatriz C.  asked on  Feb 24, 2012

A:

Hi Beatriz
Canvas on Demand recommends that you use a 4x6 or 5x7 photo for best results, but a 3x5 photo will work as well. How well they can enlarge your photo comes down to the clarity of the photo and its condition, not its size. They can enlarge almost any size photo. If you're not sure your photo will yield a high resolution image, you can call them at (800) 801-6312.
You can also mail in your photo if you don't have a digital copy. To do so, just select that option at checkout. Canvas on Demand will follow up with you, providing step by step instructions on how to mail your photo in.
