The recommended clinical strength daily dosage (for weight-loss) is 1500 mg (3 vegetarian capsules) per serving, three-times per day ½ hour - 2 hours before meals. The recommended satiety daily dose is 500 mg (1 vegetarian capsule) 1/2 hour to 2 hours before meals three times a day.
