IT IS TOO BIG FOR ME, BUT FOR A FAMILY IS GOOD. IT IS VERY DELICATE AND ONE MUST BE SO CAREFUL NOT TO DROP IT OR BREAK IT. I DON'T LIKE HAVING TO UNPLUG IT ALL THE TIME. I LIKE HOW FAST IT BOILS THE WATER AND I CAN USE MY FRENCH PRESS TO MAKE COFFEE WITH THE BOILED WATER. THAT IS WHY I BOUGHT IT FOR BOTH TEA AND COFFEE. T
