This was my first experience with a cordless vacuum cleaner. I was amazed at how well it worked and if I could buy another one today I would,it’s three years since the battery died on it. It more than paid for itself by working as a little self to death; it was well used. There were no broken parts, it never started running poorly, the battery just was way past its lifespan.

It came in good time, and I have not had any issues with the hand sets. I had originally plugged the line into the wrong outlet and it told me to check the line, which was pretty cool.

This item is very cool! Pretty powerful for a handheld and does floors very well as a stick. The crevice tool and dusting brush weren't in it, but Groupon is awesome about making things right. I got a credit that more than covered the cost of the parts. Yay Groupon!!
