How to Use It

• Mouthwash: Place half of the contents of the bottle in mouth. Swish for 2-3 minutes. Spit. Repeat. Do not eat or drink after use. Effective for 30 minutes.
• Shampoo: Shake bottle well before use. Apply half of the contents of the bottle onto your head and massage into scalp and out to the end of hair shaft. Be sure to cover all hair, especially in the back of the neck. Cover with shower cap (not included) and massage periodically. Let stand for 30 minutes. Rinse and repeat with the second half of the bottle. Effective for 36 hours.
