Q:

Are the lamps designed to be left on all of the time? If not, is it safe to leave them on 24/7?

Bonnie S.  asked on  Dec 31, 2012

A:

Hi Bonnie! Sorry for the delay! These lamps can be turned off and on. They even have a dimmer switch on the cord. They suggest keeping it away from any moisture/high humidity.

Q:

Who is the vendor of these salt lamps. I have a concern because I heard of the lamp having issues with the light bulbs and electrical not working when customer gets them. Also, are there variant on the looks of the salt lamps or do they are alike. I see on the website where some are dark amber in colors.

Pa K.  asked on  Dec 31, 2012

A:

This lamp is sold to you by Groupon Goods, but it is manufactured by WBM LLC. All of the salt lamps are not identical. They are hand crafted and most have the natural cylinder shape.
