It's a breeze to set up. But it doesn't do skype. That's why I bought it for. but love google docs. Journal is a breeze and it's backed up on the free `15 gigs of storage from Chrome.

Beware of refurbished products from Sohnen Enterprises. First Chromebook from them lasted about a month until it completely locked up and the screen froze. Because it was within their 3 month warranty, they replaced it. The second one they sent lasted a bit longer (8 months) until it too stopped working. Contacted customer support and they would not do anything to help with the second one. Beware of a company that provides 2 consecutive products that cannot last more than 3-8 months.

Didn't work out the box. I called Groupon they gave me the company's number to call. They said they couldn't do anything because it was passed the 30 days. Now I'm stuck with it
