Q:

OK, now I'm really confused. You reference "hundreds of designs", but I am seeing exactly 30 when I hit my arrow key at the bottom of the first landing page (25 on the first page, 5 on the second page). Is that correct?

Michelle B.  asked on  Oct 10, 2012

A:

Michelle, using the arrows at the bottom of the page you can browse all the designs!

Q:

Ok, Groupon says over 250+ plus designs, yet the small print reads "only available for landing page designs" - which is only 30. So, is the Groupon available for ANY design - or only the 30 on the 2 landing pages? Confused.......

Melanie B.  asked on  Oct 10, 2012

A:

Hi Melanie! There are two arrows at the bottom of the landing page. Click here and click the first arrow to scroll. The second arrow takes you to the last page.

If you are having trouble viewing both of the arrows, we suggest refreshing the page and/or changing your internet browser.

Q:

I am getting my son's 1 year pics taken November 11th. Can you extend the expiration date until November 12th for me? I'm sure 3 extra days doesn't matter to your company, but it makes a huge difference to me.

Nichole B.  asked on  Oct 14, 2012

A:

Unfortunately, there is no way to extend the expiration date because it is part of the agreement terms that we worked out with the business prior to offering the deal.

Q:

I'm sorry if this question has been asked before but there are too many to go through...I see that over 25,000 of these have been sold. Would there ever be a reason that my order won't be ready in time to mail out for Christmas? Thanks!

 asked on  Oct 12, 2012

A:

This item ships out 7-10 business days from date of redemption.

Q:

I purchased the 110 ct package deal and I was wondering if I could order more than one design to total the 110. I have three different pictures of my daughter and can't decide between them all so I thought maybe I'd get all three on three different cards. Is that an option?

Laura M.  asked on  Oct 12, 2012

A:

Hi Laura! Yes, you are welcome to mix and match card designs to reach your total of 110 cards.

Q:

There are 140 questions to search through so I will just ask: If I just slap a label and a stamp on the back of the cards and mail them as post cards, will they then be able to go with "post card" stamps??

Kevin B.  asked on  Oct 12, 2012

A:

Hi Kevin, each card comes with an envelope. We recommend sending in an envelope with first class postage.

Q:

Is there a chance that you will run out of a particular design? Also, when you say you can edit the cards you only mean the text fields that are given on the design page. Is that correct? You can not remove something from the page like a border or something?

Erin W.  asked on  Oct 12, 2012

A:

Hi Erin, there is NO CHANCE that we will run out of these designs. Each card is produced right when you order with your specific information so that it is custom made just for you. If you'd like to edit the design and text just hit the "customize it" button to launch the design tool and edit to your heart's content!

Q:

We send out over 250 cards. I know that I can purchase 3 of these but then it says you can only use one per order. Does that mean I would have to make 3 separate orders in order to use 3 of the groupon deals for my cards? Thanks for your help!

Joan R.  asked on  Oct 12, 2012

A:

That is correct.
