It will be hard to use groupon again. This is my second time experiencing my package saying it was delivered and I actually not receiving it. Groupon tells me they can't do anything about it but groupon is the one with the contract with these carriers to get their products to us. I contact the carrier and nothing gets done. Basically I am out of money once again. It's a shame that two entities are responsible but neither takes on the responsibility. Me as the consumer loses each time. Terrible is what I will rate. Not for the product but for my experience.
