After using their 3way rainfall shower head for 6 months, the large shower head popped off and broke. It is made of plastic and I want a refund, but I have been having such a hard time contacting the company about their "lifetime warentee". Cheap product not worth spending your time on it.

I purchased this on 6/8/16 and on 7/1/16 redeemed then it broke 9/28/16. sad n
know I have to figure out how to return it.
