Two weeks in and five critters down - assembly is a little vague but functionality works great!

This never shipped. Customer service wasn't available and I never received the package. DONT ORDER FROM THEM. I order many things from Groupon and this distributor was the only one that didn't acknowledge my request or question in regards to where the package was.
