I do not remember ever receiving this product. I did not remember getting a refund either. I still use the laptop I purchased it for. THIS SUCKS.

I like this product but I ordered a case for a Macbook Air and received a case for a Macbook Pro. The Macbook Air and Pro require different cases.

I was sent a case for the wrong sized laptop AND it was not even the case that was being advertised. It was from a different company all together. Pretty upset about this.

Bought it in September 2016 and until today, January 2017 never received it! Groupon says I have no right for reimbursement and so I better of loose my money...

Not only did the product not come on time (it took a month and arrived well after Christmas as the other case I ordered arrived before.) Also when the product arrived it was the wrong case, by a different brand, that didnt fit my Macbook Air. I now have to return it for a refund. I am not happy with this purchase at all.

I have a valid order. I was charged for the product. The merchant never provided DHL my product. DHL told me to tell the merchant. The merchant requested that I not contact DHL.
The product is very inexpensive, 17.00, but why did I not receive what I paid for?
