The recipient has reported nothing but fabulous things about this product. My issue was the delivery and customer service getting it. The product was delayed and not on time for the intended gift date. Even thou I ordered ample time in advance.

The matte black color is very pretty & the dryer is great! It has a long cord which was a nice surprise. I've been needing a new hair dryer for a while & I'm glad I went with this one!
