Although the actual purchase of the headphones was easy and fast and secure the problem I have with the product has nothing to do with Groupon. The problem is with the product its self. They do work as advertised its just that if you use them as advertised they are hard to keep in your ears. As you run or workout or get your heart rate up in any way which makes you begin to sweat the ribbon will stick to the back of you neck and pull out as soon as you turn your head. The other thing is they do come with plastic pieces that you can put on each ear bud to wrap around the back of the ear and therefore supposedly anchor it to the ear but this falls short in my opinion as well.

You get what you pay for with these. They sound decent, but the range is not very good at all. The earpiece is bigger than what you'd expect when comparing with the product pictures. The flat cable is wider than it needs to be, which lets you know that the cable is really there to annoy you. The audio controls/mic adds a nice touch, but the position of where they are make the cable heavy on one side. If you're thinking of using them for work outs, or anything active... they're no good. They should have put the batter in the earpiece, given the size that they are.

The sound is great for me, the fit is pretty good, of course we all have slightly different shaped ears, so it may vary for you. The one down side I've found so far, is I purchased them for exercise, and for the most part so far, they are fine, but when doing any sort of vigorous jumping/running, the control unit starts to tug at the right side ear piece and it starts to fall out, so that can be an issue. Perhaps with a headband on and over that ear it would be ok, but when jumping rope, it starts to bug me.
I ordered these not expecting too much for $25.00. I use these over my $100 pair off Amazon every single time. These are not bulky, yet they give clear sound and I have no issues with them falling out unless I'm sweating buckets out of my ears. probably could put the over the ear stabilizers on and help with that, but I'm lazy... I'd recommend these to EVERYONE .. love love mine.
I lost my expensive Bose wireless version of this, so I cheaped out and replaced them with these. Absolutely not worth it for what I wanted. I use them primarily to work out and watch shows while on the treadmill and with this I can barely hear what I'm watching. It does not block the outside gym noise at all and the sound quality is horrible. I'm saving up for some more Bose...
The strap is long and awkward. If the controls box, which is where the buttons are mounted, get behind your body/neck then the connection becomes flaky. I don't like how you have to press and hold to increase or decrease volume. Sound is disappointing unless they're securely mounted in the ears and then you get bass etc.
They mount very well to the ears and are lightweight. They are easy to setup and the battery holds for a while.
I purchased two units separately and overall they work but no matter what your tips you used they would not stay in and the volume level was very low and the quality of sound was mediocre compared to the iPhone earbuds that came with my phone.I purchase many things electronically at least once a week and for the most part especially on Groupon I have been satisfied. the price wasn't bad considering thought I would not recommend 2ne1 that likes to actually hear the music
My problem with this product is that the earbuds keep popping back out of my ears and it doesn't matter whether it's small to big. The ear hooks does little to secure it, but actual earbuds coming out concerns me. Another thing is that I have to charge it ALL THE TIME. Even it the product is off, it still runs out of energy. There is some positives though. I like how the Bluetooth works and the cord doesn't get out of the way when working out.
the best connective and sound ever, I decided to take a chance when i got the promotional e-mail and now i"m addicted to them. i used to go through head phones like crazy before because they used to break all the time when working out but so far I had this ones for almost 8 months.
At first I was very disappointed because I couldn't get it to stay in my ear and I couldn't figure out the inline volume control. But after some adjustments I resolved my issues. It's working fine so far. However, one annoying thing is how the mic/buttons piece sags to the side when you wear it behind the head.
