Due to Groupon not being a certified dealer when the product did not work there was no way for Jawbone to help me in getting the device to work. Now one year later I come to learn when I purchased this item Jawbone was in the process of liquidating all of their funds meaning they never would have helped anyway/.
Now that I’ve had it a year I can say I like the buzzy reminders to move. I sit at my desk all day & it is easy to sit too long. The charger takes a bit to line everything up right but that’s once a week. Downside: and to me it’s a biggie, the band stretches out and it now falls off kinda easily. The product didn't work unless plugged in to the charger the tracker didn't work at all I have had four Up trackers and outside of the kind of faulty band love the system their app is perfect
But the product doesn't work at all very disappointing and Jawbone was not helpful at all because they said Groupon was not a partner so they could not help me. I will be sending this back
