JBL Loft Series speakers are nonintrusive and easy on the eyes, with compact frames that belie their robust wattage. Enjoy undistorted sound thanks to PolyBass drivers, constructed from paper cones and a proprietary copolymer that produces tight bass pumps. The tweeter features a 1” soft dome with high sensitivity that works in tandem with an Elliptical Oblate Spheroidal waveguide to create a wide listening area. The free-flow port sets the subwoofer apart from other models, extending low-frequency response by encouraging maximum airflow and further eliminating audible port noise. In addition, the Harman/Kardon receiver coordinates the speakers, helping them work in tandem to produce a 5.1-channel surround-sound experience. The receiver includes three HDMI ports, letting owners run their auxiliary media devices through the receiver for superb audio from sources such as Blu-ray players, streaming boxes, and your original Game Boy that’s had the Tetris cartridge stuck in it for 15 years.
