I love these I bought two of her videos and love them. They kick your butt but it’s only 25 to 35 minute. I will do them before or after work. You just have to keep pushing through. It’s okay if you can’t keep up at first just do the best you can. Love that she gives easy, moderate and advanced moves for most of the routine.
