I got the 6 weeks abs one. Let me tell you, if you aren't ready to move and get your butt handed to you don't waste your money. I own several of JM's DVDs and it's basically boot camp. Even her beginner workouts are advance, but worth your time and your body will thank you later.

I like that I'm able to start out with a beginner (which is not really beginner) and still can move up to a more advance version and the DVD will be good to do for a long time. I bought 4 DVDs and can do them all week and not get bored and they are between 20 to 40 minutes long which is good.

My favorite is the 30 day shred because it has 3 levels and you really feel yourself improving and it's only 20 minutes so not a huge time commitment. I have the no more trouble zones which is a good workout but nearly an hour, same for six week abs. I have the Banish Fat but haven't tried it yet. It's definitely a good workout, but I didn't really see the results. Probably more due to bad eating on my part, but I would like to get back to it!

The 6 week/six pack is a very tough workout. I did it five days a week for five weeks and a couple of days during week six. I couldn't see the six pack but I know it's under there somewhere. I did lose 4 lbs. and my waist line is a bit thinner. My son is a fitness trainer. He told me that it was a good work out but to lose the inch that I can pinch around my waist this is not the best type of workout. He recommends Zumba for that purpose. 6 week six pack is so tough I doubt that I will do it again.

I love Jillian Michaels' DVDs and was thrilled to see them on Groupon. If working out at home is your thing you should try working out with Jillian.

The yoga CD is a lot more workout than yoga. So, it is not for a beginner, even though it says it has beginner and level 1. It is very fast paced and not for a person who is just starting out.

Although it took a few weeks for the DVD to arrive, it was well worth the wait! This is the BEST workout DVD I've ever purchased. Although it is extremely challengeing, Jillian alternates target areas so that goals are attainable. I began at level one,5days a week. i dropped fatty foods,sweets and sodas and increased my water. After only 3 weeks, "6 Week Abs" helped me lose 3lbs & 1&1/2 inches. Be aware that the 1st week is the hardest,but don't give up! I'm over 40 and with diet and exercise I can do it!
