JLab began as a one-man business: just founder Josh Rosenfield and an idea for the B-Flex, a flexible laptop speaker that could hook in to a USB port. Though the company has grown enormously, it still revolves around just one person: the customer. JLab’s audio wizards have a lot of resources at their disposal these days, but they stick to the company’s founding principles of reliable quality and great ease of use. All of JLab’s earbuds, Bluetooth headphones, and speakers are built to awe eardrums on the go, whether those ears belong to surfers, DJs, runners, or listeners at home. And the company still backs up its headphones with the promise of hassle-free customer service if something goes awry.
Just finally getting around to writing this review after a year of owning it has passed and I don't have any complaints. I recently just left it in my sweater though which got run through the washer and dryer. When I pulled it out of the dryer I swore that it was done for. But luckily, I plugged it back in to re-charge and once I saw the charging light turn back on I was relieved. The true test was the sound, which still remained unharmed.
Broke right away. Port broke apart when attempting to unplug the charger. Would not charge after
Attempting to get a refund. Was out of town when it first arrived and now it seems i may be outside of the return window. I will be very upset if i do not get my money back from Groupon. Please contact me as I am having a hard time finding any contact numbers on your website. I am not happy and will reconsider ever purchasing anything from groupon again if this is not dealt with.
For the 1st 3 months they were great, light weight and good sound for listening to music and phone calls while moving around. Then it started dropping calls right in the middle because the charge suddenly dropped to zero. Now it won't even take a charge.
So far they seem great. I have to change the ear bud sizes and see if that helps them stay in my ears a little better when I run but I can't fault them for that since other ear buds don't always stay either. The sound on them is great and the ease of use can't get simpler.
It was inexpensive and I suppose it's what I paid for. Less than 2 months in, the plastic that connects the ear bud to the rest is broken and the sound cuts out fairly regularly. I was so hopeful because it's really comfortable, but it's hard to use broken.
The silicone flap over the port is also difficult to get out of the way when charging.
