Q:

Is this two separate items? Or do you have to purchase both the perch and the snuggle up warmer? I have a conure which usually is on my glass porch. During the winter months I bring him inside. Would this heater keep him warm enough to stay out on the porch????

Shandi B.  asked on  Jan 9, 2014

A:

The deal has 2 separate options. One option is for the perch, the other option is for the snuggle up warmer.

Q:

Does the Snuggle Bird Warmer unit comes with a perch? The photo shows perch plus electrical unit attached to cage. Now the sand perch does not show and electrical warmer unit, how does it keep the perch warm?

Sophia H.  asked on  Dec 31, 2013

A:

The Snuggle Up option does not include a perch. The Sand Thermo-Perch is electrical and the actual perch warms up.

Q:

What is the difference between these two perches other than the sand paper finish? Does one have a cuddle up warmer? It's not very clear in the description . Thanks

Linda  asked on  Dec 30, 2013

A:

Sorry for the confusion. The snuggle up option does not include a perch. It is a small heater that your bird can snuggle up to.
