Product up and running well, but needs a \"wireless\" computer to download software. As I only have non wireless desktop and tablets(wifi enabled but obviously no cd/dvd ROM). I had to borrow another machine to set up the extender software(one time use), but overall very good price and delivers on extended range from my upstairs to the downstairs(1700sqft. house),complete coverage now.
- doesn't really turn the corners it said it would. Added some internet function to other areas but the ads lead buyer to believe that this thing would take a signal and make it useful across the house, in this case 2000 sq. ft. with the extender about 500 feet away (and around a corner) from the wireless signal.
the product worked for a week then i had to reboot the device every couple days because it wouldn't connect to the main router. rebooting the device would work initially but would eventually failed. i ended up returning the unit.
