Bought this for my boyfriend, who worked in a restaurant at the time, bartender/cook and was always dropping his phone on floor and sometimes in the sink, tired of paying for repairs I thought this was the best case for him. Happy to say after 1yr 4 mths he's had no more repair issues. YAY! This case has most definitely lived up to its claims. And on groupon it was the best price anywhere!!!!

The touch screen is laggy. It dented after the first drop. If you ever want to turn the ringer on or off you need to unscrew the whole case which could be annoying.
