Absolutely incredible product and customer service. The product was shipped (including customization) extremely quickly. UPS damaged the product although it was wrapped very well! We contacted Marble Products and they had a return and new product shipped within a couple days. They were very responsive and helpful! Wonderful product!!!!

Arrived quickly after ordering. Packaging was great and there were no defective or broken pieces. I had it engraved with my son's favorite quotation,and he absolutely loved it! Very nice looking set and pieces, even better than the ones we have purchased in the past that were hand carved from Mexico! polished and pretty! Board has a nice fabric on the back, so it won't scratch my wood, granite or glass counters and tables. Highly recommend.
