I Paid for two physical vouchers and only recieved one through the mail.Then I had to talk to a representative through text cause theres no phone number,and that was a hassle.I tried to make it clear that I only wanted half my money back onto the card i purchased the missing game voucher from,But during that time it wasn't an option.The representative was trying to give me credit onto my groupon account.But finally after an hour,maybe two of arguing through text I finally was allowed to have the money from the unarrived item onto my card.If I would have got what I paid for,or money back onto the card I purchased it from then maybe I wouldnt have deleted the mobile app.It would have been some time but possibly I would have still been a customer.Because frankly I loved the groupon deals.But after that purchase I highly Don't recommend it.My little brother was upset that I couldn't play mariokart with him.And the look on his face looked like somebody told him there wasn't a Santa Clause.I don't like to talk bad about anybody or even send a customer review because of my busy schedule.But this was a must.Thank you for reading this,if you did.
