Upon opening, item came packaged snug, and nicely presented. It's super easy to figure out and no installation or extra battery needed. We were able to use it immediately, which is helpful for my super excited 4 year old son. There's a power on switch at the bottom, and please note...it definitely has lots of power when you start it. It almost scared me to let it go. Couple of warnings: when you let it go, be sure to sort of guide it up, not side to side. It also does hurt a little if it hits you, so mindful to not let it go near eyes, face, etc. Otherwise, this is a great toy! My son is 4 and can figure it out easily. He loves it! Plays with it everyday, and boy does it handle falls from way up high.
