Was defective out of the box. The wait for anything for Groupon is like watching paint dry so sending it back would probably take a month. Luckily the Microsoft store let me swap it out there so I lucked out. Not sure why I keep buying things on Groupon. The few bucks you might save is not worth the loooooong wait for whatever you order. I wish Groupon gave the option to ship quicker for extra $$$

Ordered Dec. 6th and we still have NOT received item. Says it will arrive the day AFTER Christmas. Problem is this is for our nephew that we only see a few times a year. Thanks Cheetah Enterprise Inc.

Never order Goods from Groupon. I ordered this controller on 12/4. It finally shipped on 12/15 for a 12/27 arrival! It is a Christmas gift. Have spoken to Groupon 3 times. They will not send me a new one with expedited shipping nor cancel my order. I could speak with one supervisor and was told there was no one above him to speak to. NEVER Order from them. Save your $. Get this item at Target!!!!
