The only complaint I have is that I ordered BLUE and received BLACK. Obviously the color does not affect it's usefulness.

this item was very small and lightweight and wasnt big enought to move a medium size box

Gave as a Christmas present because I thought it would be great for my handicapped sister. She used it for the 1st time on July 16th, 2016 and it broke while she was bringing things to a picnic. She had to get people to help her carry her stuff after that happened. Did not serve the purpose of why I bought it.
I hope the same thing doesn't happen to me when I use mine.
