The design is good. It fit well. However it wasn't effective for me. Let me specify that. Not everything works for everyone when it comes to migraines. . It's not cold enough. It just may be me. I bought this because cool/cold does help me a lot. There are bandana-type items meant to keep the body cool that are filled with a crystal gel. You soak them in water. The gel swells up. I hang them on the towel rack so they're not wet the next day. As the water evaporates it cools you down. They were made for people who work outside like mail carriers and soldiers. I tried it around my head and great. Style wise it's not great HOWEVER they make caps where the brim meets the rest of the cap or golf visor which looks good and you can have your headache more easily because it stays on the perfect place. I wear them in the house. Migraines effect everyone else and not just the sufferer. They walking on eggshells. This way I don't have to talk. It's a signal "Migraine" and they know to be quiet or turn off the TV unti I go through instead of getting grouches at. \n The totally most effective thing is quiet and shade and something cool. Thetes something called COOL TOUCH. You keep it in the fridge. It's meant for sittimg on in hot weather for truckers and soccer moms . It's sold on line at auto part places. It's not too cold. Put a pillowcase on it. That's just to avoid wiping it off later. Then relax and lie down for a half hour. No headache of any kind goes away in 15 minutes anyway. I put it on top of my regular pillow. Then I take my medicine and lie down. I hope Groupon allows other brand names. If you have migraines you know what works for you doesn't work for someone else. This is a good product. I should change the stars and give it more. The nurse at the hospital liked it. I gave her one. It worked with other patients. It just didn't work for me. \n I hope this does work for anyone suffering migraine. If not I put the other two suggestions in. They are aides. They really don't work on their own usually. Some people yes. Others should take their medicine too. \n Not advertised by the company but this has a second use: nausea. Again the nurse. They don't like giving too much medicine if they can avoid it, especially with seniors. She said it was an old nursing trick to put ice on the carotid artery. Don't sweat the anatomy. Put it where it normally goes or around your neck. I tried that before I got the migraine. It worked a charm.
