Temperatures are recorded just two seconds after a Mobi DualScan digital thermometer touches an ear or forehead, flashed on a large backlit screen that’s easy to read. The convenience of the Ultra model includes a built-in mini LED flashlight, which helped score it the 2012 NAPPA Silver and 2011 Mom’s Choice Gold awards. The Ultra stores 30 readouts so users can track temperature patterns and determine whether a sick loved one is too hot to handle or too cold to hold.
