Works perfectly for us. We bought one of the highly rated, expensive competitor brands and this one took the cake. Ended up returning the competitor brand that costs 4 times as much. After two years and 2 dozen fastballs into the floor from my toddler, the screen stopped working and I will be getting a replacement because this is hands down the best quality for the price.

Worked out of the box no problems. Directions for pairing sounded a bit intimidating, but process was actually easier than it sounded, had app on two phones and a tablet in minutes. Picture and sound very good on phones, no sound on tablet 'cause it's on an old OS.
