Q:

I am often concerned about refurb products. I know they usually have the same standards and quality demands as a new product but that does not mean the problem will be solved (ex. XBOX and the red ring of death continuing!). If this product fails or ultimately the refurb quality is diminished, am i limited to that 14 day return policy. For clarity, I am asking if the 14 day return policy speaks directly to the products function or if a buyer is allotted more time past the 14 days for a defective product. Thanks

Russ T.  asked on  Feb 25, 2013

A:

You will only be able to return this item to Groupon within 14 days of receiving the item. However, this item does come with at 90 day warranty from Motorola.

Q:

Does "Family edition" imply only that there will be pre-loaded Apps on the tablet? Are these Apps removable? does the family portion create any restrictions if i were to buy it and use it for not family purposes like a variety of Apps and other things? Summary is im a 25 year old dude looking for a good tablet and i dont wantthe family edition portion to be a deterrent. Thanks

Russ T.  asked on  Feb 24, 2013

A:

The tablet is fully functioning and does not have any restrictions unless the “family edition” apps are activated.
