I give it middle of the road scores on everything because this is the second set I've purchased. The first set has worked. Amazingly good. Sound good quality. Definitely water resistant. I've had no issues. This last set I bought one of them showed up not even working. I have contacted customer service. They wanted a video of it not working. Whatever that means. I told them I didn't understand and ask him if they wanted a picture of it sitting on the counter doing nothing but I have not heard back yet. We'll see. I guess the quality on these hit and miss
