It does what it says it does. Heat part is Awesome. Massaging part works good on the shoulders and upper back but is uncomfortable on the lower back.

OMG, DON'T DO IT !! Doesn't heat hardly at all and the supposed massage is a joke. There 3 huge hard like battery packs that make it impossible to rest flat. Now I get to fight with the manufacturer for a refund. NOT GOOD !!
