Great phone looks brand new , A little disappointed it didn’t come with air buds. And the battery does not seem to hold a charge as long as it was described but other than that I am very satisfied with that phone and would recommend it to others

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES! I ordered a refurbished phone that came with a one year warranty. The phone crashed after I did a iOS update so I contacted them to return the phone and it literally took days to even get a responses and the number they have listed is non-functional! When they finally responded they did not even bother to send a return label but rather a shady email that anyone could have typed with an address of where to send the phone. Weeks passed by and they received the phone and they made no effort to contact me. I finally reached out after numerous attempts and some person had the audacity to send me a random photo of a phone that had a small piercing on the earpiece. Didn't show the rest of the phone just that and claimed this was my phone and that it was damaged and therefore was not eligible for replacement. Mind you my phone was in perfect condition as it's been in a heavy duty case. It was literally a highway robbery! These people took my money and upon receiving my phone did not refund or return back to me! How is this a legal company or transaction?
