It was a good price and the laptop looks great but it came with a sticker wrapped all around the computer and the battery came almost half used (480 cycles, 80% charge). I would expect that from a used computer but not a refurbished

The monitor came broken. Purple and green lines from day 1. Although I can’t see a crack, Apple Genius’ says that it must be a hairline fracture. The computer only works with an external monitor or tv. Could not get in contact with anyone at the company! Very disappointed in quality control and lack of any customer service!
